Your wedding day should reflect your style and be an experience. We work together with you to develop a style “experience” for your wedding which includes linens, lighting, florals, specialty decor, curated pieces and so much more!
This is often said to be your gift to yourself. Event management includes:
- Savvy Planning Portal – immediate access which includes, budgeting, guest lists, timelines, design studio, vendor files, calendars, and checklists
- Unlimited Email communication from a dedicated associate during your planning
- 3 Meetings
- kick-off call, 6 weeks prior, 1 week prior
- Full timeline creation
- Vendor Coordination
- Contract Review
- Includes 2 assistants for day-of
- We take over 6 weeks prior to your wedding so you can relax and enjoy what you have created, planned, and pass it off to a professional who will handle and execute your vision.
- Additional essentials can be added to your event management: weekend management, speciality events, dinners, gift bags, etc.
